Human resource manager
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above in Human resources, Administration or related field;
2.3 years or above in the same position, including recruitment/training/compensation/performance/labor relations module, background in a large trading company is preferred;
3. Strong communication, organization, coordination and strain ability, strong problem solving ability;
4. Conscientious, responsible, hard-working and team spirit;
5. Have solid human resource management skills, strong practical ability and good professional ethics;
Job Responsibilities:
1. Human resource planning, formulating human resource planning according to the strategic objectives of the enterprise;
2. Improve the human resources system of the enterprise and formulate the responsibilities of each post;
3. Personnel recruitment, expanding the company's personnel recruitment channels, participating in the interview and screening;
4. Handled employee entry and resignation procedures, and took charge of employee labor contract signing and termination. Deal with contract disputes, manage personnel files;
5. Responsible for social security, provident fund and salary and welfare measures of the company;
6. Customized and organized staff training, responsible for the supervision and implementation of staff assessment system;
7. Complete the base work tasks assigned by leaders;
